NEVADA AND OREGON LAWMAKERS PASS BILLS AGAINST ORGANIZED STALKING !!!
LEGISLATION ALERT !!! While no one was looking, Nevada and Oregon have recently passed state laws in regards to something called 'doxxing', which refers to posting or disseminating someone's name and personal information without their consent with the intent to harm them.
Doxxing usually refers to information posted online, however, the way these bills are written, the harmful activity may not be limited to communication by the Internet.
In Nevada - Assembly bill 296 - establishes a "civil cause of action against a person who commits certain acts commonly referred to as “doxing.” Specifically ,this bill authorizes a person to bring a civil action to recover damages, reasonable attorney’s fees and costs from another person if the other person disseminates any personal identifying information or sensitive information of the person without the consent of the person, knowing that the person could be identified and: (1) with the intent to aid, assist, encourage, facilitate, further or promote any criminal offense which would be reasonably likely to cause death, bodily injury or stalking; or (2) with the intent to cause harm to the person and with the knowledge of or reckless disregard for the reasonable likelihood that disseminating the information could result in death, bodily injury or stalking."

And in Oregon, - a person has "a cause of action for improper disclosure of private information if the plaintiff establishes by a preponderance of the evidence that:
(a) The defendant, with the intent to stalk, harass or injure the plaintiff, knowingly caused personal information to be disclosed;
(b) The defendant knew or reasonably should have known that the plaintiff did not consent to the disclosure;
(c) The plaintiff is stalked, harassed or injured by the disclosure; and
(d) A reasonable person would be stalked, harassed or injured by the disclosure."

In these states the bills passed through quite easily, and were signed into law just a few months ago. They essentially codify many aspects of organized stalking, which often relies upon the dissemination of an individual's personal information to cause them harm. These are HUGE steps forward for the cause!

CONVERSATION WITH DOCTOR OF A TI
Recently, I was able to speak with a TI's doctor who understands and believes this member of our community. The doctor wanted information concerning the request the TI had made of her. I then explained that there are private investigators who scan a person's body for the signal emanating from a microchip implant or nanotechnology in the body tissues and they record the frequency.
She then stated that she did not have equipment that could do that, so I referred her to Dr. Hoffer as a consultant and to medical journals for treatment information for the Havana Syndrome where she might find techniques and procedures that would help her patient.
She seemed genuinely concerned for her client's well-being and I offered her my number if she had further questions. It was great to be able to finally share with a physician who is listening to their patient.

Hello again,
So thank you to some new found residents. One has arrived and another one on the way. I only have three, but I hope this is the right direction.
Of persons wanting to just be mellow and try to be helpful to each other, I have room for one or two more but I am in no rush.
Thank you, PACTS for continued help in letting people know there are people who wanna live next to other TI's and keep an eye out for each other’s space.
Still in need of am experienced finish carpenter to help with park projects. Offering reduced rent and possible extra money on certain projects.

"I would welcome other Ti s to Texas if they want to live near other ‘Tis. I have room for up to six Ti s who don’t mind living in a camper of their own. I am basically charging them lot rent of $399/ month for utilities - water sewer etc. if you have your own camper. $599/ month if you want to rent one.
The property is isolated and in the country.... 15 miles away to two different cities ...1 hour from ocean or San Antonio. No buses or public transportation. But it’s quiet here and I am easy going as well.
Drama people not needed. Everyone should be easy going and calm we could meet once a week and talk to ease some of our issues as it’s always the isolation game with our perps not wanting us to talk to anyone but them.

TI REALITY TV SERIES STARTING
John Gonzales in Arizona has come up with this idea of a TI TV series. In speaking to him about this, we have decided that a reality-type of TV show may be interesting. And so far we have received positive feedback from this idea.
It would be a way for people to come to understand the plight of TI's if they were brought into our daily lives and experiences, such as a reality-TV format which would highlight the day-to-day struggles of being targeted.

ICATOR SCANNING EVENT PLANNED FOR SEPT. 15-16, 2021
Melanie Vritschan, president of the International Coalition against Electronic Torture and the Robotisation of Living Beings(ICATOR) has announced the scheduling of a microchip implant scanning event as this group prepares for its international class action lawsuit.
The dates are Wednesday and Thursday, September 15-16, 2021 in Brussels, Belgium, will cost 130 euros per person and will include readings gathered from inside a Faraday cage. Due to the increased demand, an extra day was scheduled.

1.) Legal Case, Gangstalking promised by perps and then unleashed: Guns being pointed in peoples faces, slander, stealing, mobs of young men chasing people down at
/the grocery store, assaults, break-ins, and then the grand finale, a ploy to take someone's home away from them. Case result here:

2.) Legal Case, A perp accosted a client, sicced unleashed pitbulls towards her, foisted himself onto her kitchen window to take pictures of her inside her home, wrote false flyers mentioning gangstalking and saying she was insane and had assaulted him, threw feces and other matter into her backyard, screamed at her in public, talked of raping her and of her dying a horrible death just outside her window, and tried to surround her home with a box made of plastic tarp. He would call the police very time he would hear her saying something, and he would falsely report "harassment" - which is what he was doing. The police and city tended to believe the perp at first.
