Custom statuses are now available for your feedback board.

Your board comes with a set of built-in statuses:

• Under consideration
• Planned
• Not planned
• Done

These work well for many teams. However, your workflow might have additional phases such as “In progress” or “In testing”. Custom statuses allow you to add these to your feedback board.

You can also add emojis to statuses. You can even get rid of text and go 100% emoji if that is right for your customer base.
