Last week, we hosted a spontaneous meeting in Warsaw — organised with just a few clicks in the app, only three days in advance. A dozen people showed up, and the best part? Our system handled everything behind the scenes, making the magic happen automatically.

Previously, this functionality was available only to our Envoys. But it’s proven to work seamlessly — so we’re excited to announce that we’re now expanding it to the entire community! To ensure security and maintain credibility, access will be limited to Trusted Members only.

Here Is How To Set Up Your Own NomadMania Event :-)

1. Visit the Events page (web/app)
2. Click “Add Event”
3. Fill out a few fields
4. Click “Save”

Our admins confirm it and your event will appear in the Calendar (web/app).

Once an event is created, all NomadMania Members in that country receive an email invitation. Members can then join the event and are automatically added to the event chat. You can also view the entire list of participants and interact with them.

As simple as that. Go ahead and set up your first event to meet other NomadMania members. Enjoy and have fun 🙂

What's Next? - Trip Matching Tool

Together with our Premium Members Group, we’re brainstorming a brand-new feature: a Trip Matching Tool! The idea? Share your fixed itinerary or even just a travel idea — and let others join you. How cool is that! 😄

In fact, you can already experiment with this using our current Events functionality (though with some limitations). We're taking time to refine it all and deliver a seamless way to connect with travel buddies.

It’s obviously a late call for Brian’s Mongolia trip — but think about your upcoming travel plans. Very soon, you’ll be able to share them with the entire NomadMania community — and find travel buddies to split costs, simplify logistics, and create amazing memories together.

NomadMania Tours (Moldova / Pakistan)

Don't forget that we are we are also running our own signature tours. Our newest edition is the Moldova Mosaics Easter Tour (April 09-13 next year).

This short but dense tour of Moldova is designed for travellers eager to uncover the country’s overlooked corners through a unique visual and cultural lens—its mosaics.

Over the course of four days, we’ll traverse the capital and the north, south, and west of the country, spotlighting Soviet-era mosaics while unlocking key NomadMania regions and DARE zones, including autonomous Gagauzia and Bulgarian minority areas.

Moldova’s complex ethnic mosaic becomes a literal and metaphorical theme as we visit Soviet legacies, rural communities, and architectural oddities.
