A big piece of my platform is reviewing books. Previously I embedded the videos right into these emails. I am going to stop that. Instead, I will just post a brief summary. If you want to watch the videos, you can find all of these on my YouTube channel:

April 2022 #1 - P.L. Stuart - The Last of the Atalanteans
The follow-up to A Drowned Kingdom and one of the best sequels I have ever read. Highly recommended to fans of fantasy.
April 2022 #2 - Wally Jones - Sam the Chosen
The winner of the Reader Views Book of the Year, Sam the Chosen is a young adult/new adult paranormal fantasy thriller that launches a new series focusing on an ancient group of talking human-wolf shapeshifters called The Chosen. Strong characters, great lore, a cover that pops, and multiple twists elevate this intriguing debut.
May 2022 - Agustina Bazterrica - Tender is the Flesh
This novel went viral on TikTok and Bookstagram and takes place in a near-future where animal meat is gone and society has turned to factory cannibalism. A dark dystopian tale with a deeply twisted ending. Agustina lives in South America and the novel was not written in English, only getting North American traction recently.
June 2022 - Michael Christie - Greenwood
Michael Christie is a three-time Scotiabank Giller Prize longlisted author. The Giller Prize is the top literary award in Canada. Greenwood is his most famous work and is a multi-generation eco-fiction family saga revolving around that family and how their actions lead to a future where there are almost no trees left.
