For the last few years, I’ve gathered creatives together -- virtually and IRL -- and guided them as they reflected on el año viejo (the old year) and set intentions for their new year.

This year, I knew maternity leave would overlap with the end of the year and that I might not be able to lead these activities in the same way I've done in the past. At the same time, I didn’t want to leave you hanging as we approached 2020 — a new year and a new decade.
