It has been reported that an incident occurred on board an anchored Container Ship approximately 7NM Southeast of Cotonou. 

UPDATE 1: 

Reports are indicating that the Benin Navy and Nigerian Navy carried out a joint operation to board the Container Ship. Once onboard they found eleven crew members in the Citadel. The remaining eight crew members are still unaccounted for.
