In 2021, Mandoline Hybride was launching a series of monthly meetings to better understand the Mi'kmaq culture and learn the language. Thanks to a partnership with Culture Gaspésie, these warm sessions will be back on January 30th 2022! The last Sunday of each month on Zoom at 4pm, we will share an informal and friendly moment with Gesgapegiag artist Darlene Gijuminag.
These sessions are free and open to anyone who wants to learn more about Mi'kmaq culture, discuss Indigenous and non-Indigenous realities, or simply learn a few words in Mi'gmaw, one of the many dialects of the Mi'kmaq Nation. Save the dates:
→ Sunday, January 30 at 4:00 pm → Sunday, February 27 at 4:00 pm → Sunday, March 27 at 4:00 pm → Sunday, April 24 at 4:00 pm → Sunday, May 29 at 4:00 pm
