Buongiorno, tutti,
Are you all vaxxed up and ready to go? Have you already taken domestic trips this spring, yet still find yourself wistfully longing to cross the pond? Mon Voyage can cure what ails you–and soon.
Now that Italy has thrown open its doors to welcome American tourists again and there are Covid-tested flights available on major airlines from their US hubs, Mon Voyage Small Group Trips is thrilled to offer a fantastic two-week trip to the Amalfi Coast, Sicily, and Rome.
I. Amalfi Coast
We will spend our first five nights in Amalfi, using it as our base to explore the stunning coast. Highlights will include a visit to Herculaneum; a wine tour featuring some of the top cellars in Campania (perhaps you read the recent WSJ column about the beautiful whites of this region); a boat trip to Capri; and, of course, we will also spend some time discovering several other charming and picturesque towns in the area, such as Positano and Ravello.
II. Sicily
Next we'll take the train to Sicily, and even the train ride is quite something--the entire train is loaded onto the ferry! We will enjoy three nights in Siracusa and three nights in Palermo, taking in the variety of sights the island offers, from ancient Roman and Greek (yes, Greek!) ruins to a volcano and a food tour. Sicily is rich in history and a consistent traveler favorite.
III. Rome
Finally, we will take the short flight to Rome for our last three nights. Each client will have the option to choose two activities that suit their own interests; since many of my clients have already been to Rome, I wanted to offer them the chance to discover something new or revisit an old favorite, as they wish.

My Italian tourism colleagues are beyond thrilled to welcome us back and you can be assured of a very warm atmosphere. By the end of the trip perhaps we can even settle the great lemon debate: Amalfi or Sicily?
The 14-night land package begins from the Rome airport on October 13th (so you would depart the US on the 12th) and ends in Rome on October 27th.
This incredible trip has long been in our plans and is theoretically sold out. HOWEVER, I am opening an official wait list in case I can secure a limited number of additional rooms.
