Waterfront Park is available for viewings on Wednesdays between 4:00 pm and 7:00 pm by appointment only. Book your viewing so we can welcome you onsite and answer any additional questions you might have.

The Waterfront Pavilion Tent

The rental price for the Waterfront Pavilion includes:

Minimum Spend for season 2023 - $20,000 for Friday, Saturday, Sunday long weekend bookings only (the venue rental fee and all services provided by Simply Elegant – catering, décor, flowers, entertainment - count towards the minimum spend)

*There is no minimum spend in the months of January to April and October. 

The rental price for Lakeside Theatre  includes:

* Venue host for up to 8 hours

* Set up and tear down
* Cleaning fee
* Pro-Serve certified Bartender(s)
* Use of covered patio with picnic tables as outdoor component with amazing view of Loch McKinnon
* Modern bar station
* Full bar glassware
* On site tables and chairs (including highchairs)
* On site sound system which includes: screen, projector, podium and one wireless microphone
* Coat check room
* Handicap accessibility

The Valleyview Terrace Room

* Use of Fireside Lounge with its gorgeous 8' copper fireplace

* Venue host for up to 8 hours
* Set up and tear down
* Cleaning fee
* Pro-Serve certified Bartender(s)
* Use of terrace as outdoor component
* Amazing view of Loch McKinnon with water fountain
* Modern bar station
* Full bar glassware
* On site tables and chairs (including highchairs)
* On site sound system which includes: screen, projector, podium and one wireless microphone
* Coat check room
* Handicap accessibility

Simply Elegant is the sole provider of all event services

- Catering:  Pricing is variable and based on your choices. Our suggested menus can be found here: https://simplyelegantcorp.com/catering 

- Bar Service: We usually average 1 alcoholic beverage per hour per guest – for a 5 hour event you are looking at 5 drinks per person – roughly $40. Subsidized bar or cash bar is also an option. Last call is at midnight, bar closes at 12.30am and guests have to be out by 1am.

- Decorations: Can be pretty minimal – average cost starting at around $10/person (for basic linen and napkins)

- Entertainment: Background music starting at $500, DJ around $1,500– $1,700 depending on the duration of the wedding; we can also assist you finding a band or any other entertainment.

- Security: We add a mandatory security charge to any event where alcohol is served. 

- Pricing: All prices listed are for Fridays, Saturdays and long weekend Sundays. Please inquire for weekday prices.
