Celina Library Events

SuperHero Kids Night Out

Calling all superheroes! Join us at the library on Friday, March 20th from 6:00 to 7:30 pm for a special super hero kids night out!   Pre-registration is required.

Living For Wellness Program

Joni Baumer, author of Thank You for My Healing, will be leading a program on living for wellness in the Celina Community Room from 6pm to 8pm on Tuesday, March 10th.  Contact Vicki DeBolt at 419-586-4442 with any questions!

Trivia Night

Join the Mercer County District Library at Brew Nation, 110 S Main Street in Celina, at 7 pm on Tuesday, March 31st for a night of trivia and fun! This is an event for adults ages 18 and up only. Registration begins at 6 pm and Trivia begins at 7 pm. Prizes are awarded to the top three teams.

Scooby Doo Escape Room

The library will be hosting another exciting Escape Room Adventure on Friday March 27th and Saturday March 28th.  Multiple time slots are available each day.  Pre-registration is required. All ages welcome!

Frozen Family Night!

Join us for Frozen themed games and a craft on Tuesday, March 10th at 6:30 pm. No pre-registration is required and everyone is welcome. 

Tai Chi: Moving for Better Balance

Every Tuesday, March 24th through May 26th from 2 to 3 pm, join us for Tai Chi! This is an evidence-based group program that focuses on improving functional ability such as balance and physical function, to reduce fall-related risks and frequency.  Who should attend?  Older adults who are able to walk (canes & walkers are okay) and interested in improving balance, flexibility and strength. Essential Oils

On Tuesday, March 24 at 6:30 pm bring your essential oils stash!  Do you have essential oils you don't know what to do with?  Or do you want to learn more ways to use them?  Presented by Nancy Kremer!

Explore the importance and fun of early literacy with your little ones. Preschool Story Hour is every Monday and Tuesday evening from 6:30 to 7:15 pm and Wednesday mornings at 10:00 am. Registrationis required. March 11th is the last session. Spots are limited! 

National Read Across America Day

Stop in the library at any time throughout the day on Monday, March 2nd for a Dr. Suess craft to celebrate National Read Across America Day! No registration required. Crafts will be available all day!
