Hi ,
It's another chilly week in Hull as autumn takes hold, and we push closer to Halloween. We've got a fantastic bunch of events to get us ready...
Hulloween Steampunk Festival is back to set the mood! Running this weekend, this extravaganza is a treat for the entire family, turning Hull city centre into a steampunk-inspired spectacle.
In the news, it's been a big week for Hull's Maritime culture, as the Arctic Corsair, Hull's favourite historic trawler and one of the biggest parts of our maritime history, has been repainted - another significant milestone in its restoration!
And for the families, students, and couples out there, don't miss the upcoming events at Hull's Lost City Adventure Golf, designed to keep all entertained during half-term, Halloween, and beyond.
That's not all... There's a good deal more happening around town this week. TV comic Jimmy Carr is at Connexin Live, while those looking to enjoy some theatre, the West End production of "Annie," starring Craig Revel Horwood is on stage. Check out our events roundup this week for more!
Now I'd like to ask a favour from you...
I've been running Hull What's On since 2014 and now reach thousands of local people. But it amazes me how many people haven't yet subscribed to this newsletter!
Please will you share it with just one person you know? It's amazing the difference it makes in people's lives. Like you, they'll then get to know about all the good stuff happening around Hull & East Yorkshire each week. Just click the 'Forward to a friend' link at the top of this email.
Thanks in advance, have a fantastic week! |
