Okay, a show of hands, how many of you knew about Macadamia Nuts before you tried out our Macadamia Nuts Cookie?

Don't worry guys, we didn't know about them either. Honestly speaking, left on my own, Macadamia Nuts probably still wouldn't be on the menu. That's how much un-aware I was about these nuts.

I was actually forced by my nieces (who stay in the US) to include their favorite cookie in the Dohful menu. 

That's when I first heard about Macadamia Nuts with White Chocolate cookies. 

For those who don't know, Macadamia Nuts are Australian Origin white-colored soft nuts (like Cashews). They are very buttery, and creamy in texture and balance very well with the White Chocolate. Hence this classic combination.

I remember the first time I heard of this combination, my first reaction was why would someone mix white with white. I mean, at first glance, white is the only thing that stands out in this cookie. 

Something white with the likes of blueberries or cranberries would probably look better, color combination wise. So it would be an understatement when I say I was quite resistant in even trying them out. 

Another factor was I had NEVER had Macadamia Nuts cookies in my life. I mean, if you don't count the Dohful ones, I still haven't. 

So to actually make what I had never eaten before was quite a journey! 

The best moment of my life was when I sent my nieces a box of Macadamia Nut cookies (yep, all the way to New York), they loved them! 

I believe the word they used to describe Dohful's Macadamia Nuts cookies was Divine! 

And that's how finally, we launched Macadamia Nuts Cookie in our cookie portfolio. And boy, the response we got! 

One of our first 5 customers ordered a box of Macadamia Nuts Cookies every now and then for so many times that I have lost count. 

Another patron of ours told us that the Macadamia Nuts cookies remind her of her college days in Chicago! 

And so many of you tell us that you were surprised by how good this cookie is. It's like you think it's just another nut cookie, but it turns out to be so much more! As I said, simply divine!
