Hello Friends-

"Welcome back to this week's episode of, "The Cre8tive Life"- your weekly newsletter full of lifestyle tips, smiles, and musings.

What.A.Week. RIGHT?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?

I hope and trust this finds you as well as you can possibly be (all things considered).

I'm low on energy and words...but, wanted to attempt to get back to the regular format of the newsletter this week. And, hopefully bring a little "light of hope" to your day.

As always, sending lots of love, hugs, and prayers to you all!!!

Random stories, pictures, video highlights, and other life musings can be found on my personal instagram page (@e101) and official brand page (@thecre8tiveartisan) throughout the week (when/if I end up posting anything).

*And, if you have missed any previous newsletters, feel free to check out the archive section on my website: HERE.

Continued prayers that you and your loved ones stay safe and healthy

(mentally & physically) out there 💗.

My weekly (random) compilation of some of my favorite "cre8tive" things that I want to share:

  • FAVORITE WORD: Ataraxis(n): the absence of mental stress or anxiety

  • ADVICE: "Pride, Your Grace, it will cost you everything, and leave you with nothing." - Lady Danbury

  • MOOD MUSIC: Had to pull out a little  "My Life" by Mary J. Blige this week.

  • QUARANTINE RECOMMENDATION: I really enjoyed my binge session of "Bridgerton" on Netflix, and HIGHLY recommend it (if you haven't seen it already).

  • KITCHEN CHRONICLES: We all crave a little comfort food here and there, right? Here are 6 Fun DIY Chip Recipes to try. Let me know if you end up making any!

  • LIFESTYLE TIP: Need a little help setting some new goals and habits this year? You may find this Year Compass tool to be helpful as you reflect and set intentions.

  • FEEL GOOD SHARE: Life is often about perspective. And, I absolutely LOVED "seeing" this moment where a boy who is colorblind got to see and experience color for the first time.

Give yourself permission to practice some self care when you need a moment.

This week's challenge is: to make something you've never made before.

I will be taking a bit of a mini pause on my community activations as I gear up for some new projects that will taking up a lot more of my bandwidth. But, be on the lookout for some (very sporadic) events here and there. (As doing these events, and sharing in community really does bring me joy.)

And, if you haven't heard me say it lately, I want to thank you for your support and readership. It means a lot that you take time out of your day to take in my  little musings and life shares!

Lastly, if you happen to have any future topic ideas, or come across any events I should know about, PLEASE feel free to send those along my way. I always LOVE discovering and learning about new things!

Have a great day, and be sure to take time to enjoy your life!

*"The Cre8tive Life" is the weekly "feel good" component of my consultancy, The Cre8tive Artisan, which is where I "make the magic happen" and curate engaging lifestyle events that help connect us humans in deeper ways. Feel free to CHECK OUT MY WEBSITE to see what I do, and let me know if there is ever anything I can do to help you out! As always, if this newsletter is "not your thing", please feel free to unsubscribe (however, I really hope you don't).
