As organizations increasingly decide to allow employees to work from home in response to the COVID-19 virus, we want you to know that we will deliver the same responsible, high standard of performance that is expected from Tobey & Merrill Insurance Agency.
As of Monday, March 23, Tobey & Merrill has encouraged all employees who can work from home to do so in order to comply with social distancing recommendations. We have also eliminated visitors to our office. We are confident these measures will help to ensure the health and safety of our team and community.
However, rest assured our employees are working at full capacity and have the tools and resources to support our clients from any location. We are standing by to assist you with any and all of your insurance needs. We ask that our clients utilize phone and email for all client service. All of our employees will be able to access email and client information and be able to provide you with everything you may need.
Our Tobey & Merrill team will continue to provide consistent and reliable support. Our service hours remain from 9:00 am – 4:30 pm Monday through Friday. As always, you can email or call your agent directly or firstname.lastname@example.org at any time and we will respond to your needs within 24-48 hours. Remember too we can also be reached using our after hours service by dialing 1-800-416-7655 and you will talk to a live person that will be able to assist you.
We’re carefully monitoring the situation and considering advice from government and health officials in the communities where our employees and clients live and work. We will continue to send any necessary updates as the situation evolves. In the meantime, we encourage you to follow the CDC and the World Health Organization for the latest COVID-19 updates.
