Sirje Runge's exhibition finissage: curator's tour, artist's film programme, and afterparty at IDA Radio

Join us as we celebrate the final weekend of Sirje Runge's solo exhibition 'On Fragile Ground. Sirje Runge and Light' with a special finissage on Saturday, February 21st. We're bringing together a curator-led tour, carefully selected film screenings, and an afterparty at IDA Radio to close out this remarkable show.

🕛 12pm | Exhibition opens

💭 2–3pm | Curator's tour with Mėta Valiušaitytė

This is your final chance to experience the exhibition through the eyes of curator Mėta Valiušaitytė. She'll guide you through the space, sharing insights into the making of the exhibition and the depth of Runge's practice. We'll toast the occasion with a glass of bubbly, and if we're lucky, Sirje herself might join us. The tour will be held in English and is included with your exhibition ticket.

🎞️ 6–8pm | Sirje Runge film programme at Kai Cinema

The finissage screening brings together two films that explore space, light, and perception — themes at the heart of Runge's work: Carine Asscher's James Turrell: Passageways (1995) and Christoph Schaub's Architecture of Infinity (2018). Both unfold in a meditative rhythm and resonate beautifully with Runge's artistic vision. Screenings are included with your exhibition ticket. Tickets can be bought from here or at Kai.

🪩 From 9pm | Finissage afterparty at IDA Radio

The night carries on at Bar IDA, where Gearmaster and Groove Research will take you through dubby sounds and old-school tech house grooves — deep, spacious rhythms made for moving. Come celebrate with us on the dancefloor. Entrance is free!
