Community Trunk Sale

Just like a garage sale, but out of the trunk of your car.  Set up your shop with WHATEVER you would like. Choose to sell, or swap with other members. This is a great time to swap 802 gear, stuff your kids have out grown etc. No junk please.  We are looking for gently used items that still have life in them.  

Potluck and BBQ

• Grill will be out
  
• Potluck style, bring something to share if you are able
• BYOB
• A food list will be up at the gym closer to the event.

We will also be having some vendors on site sharing about their services and products.

You can fill out your preferences on the presale sheet in the lobby, and view sample sizes and colors, or send a direct email indicating the following information:

Ready to get your inner High School party on?? On July 16th we will be taking you back in time for our annual Anniversary Party and the theme is.......... High School Homecoming! This is for sure an event NOT TO MISS! Mark your calendars! More details to come!

Yearbook photos will be taken at our Community Event following Murph.  For those that can't make it, we will get your shot at a later date. 

As you walk through the front door of the building, you may have noticed the stickers showcasing that 802 CrossFit has won the title Best CrossFit Gym in Vermont 5 years in a row!  After taking a 2 year hiatus due to covid, Seven Days is resuming this award, and we need your help to keep our winning streak alive! 

1. We first need to get on the ballot - this means you have to vote 802CrossFit to be on the ballot. This voting opens May 16th and we will send you detailed instructions on how to cast your vote. 
2. Once the ballot is confirmed, then we have the rally members, friends, family, and everyone in between to vote for 802CrossFit!

We will send out more information when all the links are live and voting is open!

Want to get better at Double Unders? Coach Jenny is leading a double under work-shop on Sunday, 5/22 from 10-12 to teach you how to do just that.  Space is limited.  Free to 802 members.  Sign-Up on MindBody. 

Dr. Steve Burkert will also be onsite leading us through mobility to avoid injury for this movement.  

We have scheduled an Open Gym session for Sunday, 6/12 8:00-10:00am. Open Gym is a great time to come in and work on weaknesses, or something you don't get a chance to practice during normal WOD sessions.   

This will not be on the schedule weekly just yet, as our gym space is often needed by Mal, Jake and Mat on Sundays for training.  We will let you know when each is scheduled in advance.  

Hosting a CrossFit Certificate Course is something special, and it is an opportunity we are very lucky to be a part of.  Some of the best coaches and instructors in the world are sent to our gym to teach attendees everything they know about CrossFit, exercise and movement.
