Welcome to 2021. Even if we're in lockdown again (and we are locked down again in England) there is a ray of hope and light ahead with the start of the vaccination programme. I'm eagerly awaiting my turn (although it is still some months away) and I'd encourage you to get yours just as soon as you're offered one.
I'm now frantically catching up on all the work that I didn't do over the Christmas holiday period. And that means I haven't got round to changing the pre-order price on the Choices and Consequences Collection. So it is still at just £5.99 (or local equivalent) and I'm going to leave it at that price until the end of January.
In the free book section this time, we have 'On the Nice List' and an early link for 'New Year New Adult', both all genre giveaways. The monthly eReader competition is back, so get your entries in before the end of January.
And in our 'Behind the Scenes' section we're looking at the significance of jewellery. Do you have any jewellery that is particularly important to you? My most important piece is my wedding ring, but I have several necklaces that I love that remind me of the people who gave them to me.

Jewellery is important in the Choices and Consequences story. This is Leonie's necklace, the detail taken from the cover of Strand of Faith.
It's made of silver and sapphires and represents House St Peter. The crossed keys are symbolic of St Peter, and the sapphire is the stone that represents this House. (Every Great House in the books has its own precious stone.)
You'll have to read the books to find out exactly how the necklace is important, but it has changed by the end of the series. If you study the necklace on the cover of Cloth of Grace you'll find it is subtly different - why this is so is another thing you'll have to read the books to find out!
