Happy Monday everyone! I hope you had a lovely weekend and you are ready to go for it in our FINAL week!
This week it's up to you what you do video wise over the next seven days... but we suggest doing split routine again, so upper body today, lower tomorrow, upper on Wednesday and so on.
You can mix and match trainers (i.e. do a Kick Boxing upper, a Power Conditioning upper and a HIIT upper for example) - and feel free to do more than three videos!
Or if you prefer you can make this week just Kick Boxing or just HIIT or just power conditioning etc. And throw in the Cardio Core videos and/or yoga around them.
Choose the workouts that you either really enjoy or ones you know will challenge you the most (or both!).
Here is your Day 22 audio, which is just 7 minutes long (not 38 minutes, I forgot to press stop!) and is all about making new behaviours last for good and the importance of belief. Believe you can do it and beat it and/or believe you'll be fine with/without it...
