There are three paid apps that I recommend over and over again and I think you might like to know about them. (This is not an ad and there are no kickbacks; I just genuinely think they are great.)

ROBOKILLER is the best way I have ever found to block spam calls and texts. It takes a bit of "teaching" to get set up, and a few calls still come through, but it blocks 90%-ish of robocalls and most texts as well. It uses a collective database, so it's smart and learns fast. Get your sanity back with this one. ($1.99 a month or $19.99 a year)

OVER APP is my #1 design tool and I use it daily. Ostensibly it's for designing social content, but I use it to design everything. It's smart, easy to use, and they have massive amounts of free images if that's your thing–but what I love most is that they have truly diverse and frequently updated graphics. It also works for teams. It's like Photoshop but easier and cheaper. ($9.99 a month)

PZIZZ is an app that I have been using for over a decade. It can guide you to sleep, or talk you into and out of a nap. I love it most for napping, because even if I don't fall asleep, I "wake up" much more rested and refreshed. It's also great for travel and jet lag. ($9.99 a month or $69.99 a year)
