We are excited to announce that USET’s fee-for-service offering, Tribal Health Innovations (THI), has a new website and is now on Facebook and LinkedIn. We encourage you to visit their website to learn more about them and to follow them on social media.

THI provides Tribal Nations with the tools to optimize their health revenue cycle process, which includes customizing the process to meet the unique needs of your program and the Indian Health Care Delivery System.

THI is available to provide a variety of services, including, but not limited to, the following:

Medical Coding and Billing Support | THI specializes in healthcare coding, billing, and collections, and customizes their optimization process to meet the unique needs of Indian County. We offer workflow development, training and technical assistance or taking on all or portions of your coding and billing needs.

Tribal Clinical Healthcare Leadership Training | Supporting and equipping Tribal Clinical Healthcare Leadership (both administrative and provider level) is central to successful implementation and sustained long-term change. THI develops individual programs for healthcare directors/providers that may be newer to their positions and veteran healthcare CEOs looking for specialized training, analysis or support.

Medicare-Like Repricing | Purchased/Referred Care (PRC) charges are typically billed at 100% rates. Medicare-Like Rates (MLR) repricing provides substantial out-of-pocket savings for clinics. THI uses State-specific, real-time Medicare fee schedules for both facility and Physician services. MLR repricing saves time and money for your Tribal Nation.
