KALPA IN A BEAUTIFUL COFFEE TABLE COLLECTORS BOOK

When we give ourselves the opportunity to connect with art, we enrich our inner selves by entering a personal space of feeling and reflection. Being highly subjective, art plays a crucial and liberating role in our lives and leads us towards the road of inspiration, freedom and love. When we bring art in our homes, we aren’t bringing solely a decorative object into our most private spaces, but a visual journey and the experience of the artists and their stories behind that work.

With this in mind, we are extremely happy to introduce the new lavish coffee table book LIVING WITH ART by Brussels-based Beta-Plus Publishing. This volume presents a perceptive selection of stunning private interiors enriched by art, which emphasises the beauty of the overall atmosphere of the featured spaces and grasps the inner nature of their owners, be they passionate international art collectors, architects or interior designers.

Part of such precious imagery, KALPA Galleries are featured within an 18-page visual and textual portfolio dedicated to their art and artists. Following an introductory essay on KALPA’s philosophy and aesthetic approach, the text offers a glimpse into their collection and interiors in Volterra’s historical Via Porta all’Arco, to focus in particular on the art of a few selected artists whose works are elegantly arranged in the Galleries’ main space at Palazzo Bonomini.

Unveiling a sophisticated atmosphere, sober and minimalistic furniture and warm neutral tones, KALPA world is an in-progress project giving a platform for various arts in time-hallowed rooms and embracing artful life through harmony between aesthetics and ethics, a profound and spiritual connection with nature, culture and intellect.

Art is where your home is.

Throughout a visual and textual journey, the reader is beautifully introduced to KALPA's exhibited artworks, featuring the textural painting of Olga Niescier and Guillem Nadal, the organic wooden sculptures of Marc Ricourt, and the astonishing raku ceramics of Yoshimi Futamura.

Almost like object-trouvès, these artworks are captured in a silent and meditative atmosphere, in harmonious dialogue with the elegant and renovated interiors of the Palazzo:
