You may know that besides hosting my own podcast Destination Leadership I am also the host of German Accelerator's podcast Startup Stereo! It is a podcast with and for founders, innovators, and change-makers. Stories, experiences, and best practices around startups, expansion, leadership, new work, company culture are shared. 

In this December episode, I talk with Dirk Schart (founder of the augmented reality startup RE'FLEKT) and Julian Leitloff (founder of Stilnest and Fractal, a 3D jewelry printing and an infrastructure startup in the blockchain area) about failure culture and their experiences in Silicon Valley, New York, Germany, and Singapore around failure or as Julian says: “Failure is only failure if you stop doing it, before that it’s learning!"
