We institutionalised structured training during our first year of inception to provide an opportunity to all our team members to learn in a formal setting which complements well with on-the-job training as well as structured mentorship sessions.

In our recent training session, Ankit Jain took a session on "Work Planning" which is a critical element in achieving our milestones as well as keeping various stakeholders aligned. Team learned the art of work planning with a formal training followed by hands on exercise on different problem statements.
