Hey everyone,
The summer holidays are almost almost here – and while the kids might be buzzing with excitement, we know it can be a challenge for parents trying to keep them entertained every day. That’s why we’ve pulled together a brilliant roundup of local events and activities happening over the holidays, including loads of free options perfect for fun, family-friendly days out. Check out the full list below.
Also, a brand new Indian restaurant has just opened on Spring Bank West, serving up authentic dishes made from family recipes passed down through generations. We gave it a try a few weeks back and absolutely loved it – watch the video below.
And finally, we spent the day at a stunning East Yorkshire country hall and gardens, and it turns out they’ve got loads of extra summer activities on for families that you might not know about. It’s the perfect setting for a sunny day out – have a watch below.
And as always, there are loads of other great events happening across Hull & East Yorkshire this week. A few highlights include Hull’s very own hidden speakeasy experience, the city’s biggest ‘90s dance party with live performances, and a silent disco with both daytime and evening sessions
