I am LaKeisha Anderson, an alumna of Clayton State University (CSU) in Morrow, GA. I hold a B.S in Psychology and Human Services; currently in the process of completing a Master's in Liberal Arts (CSU), mainly focusing on Political Science and Philosophy. I have experience in education, serving as a special education teacher in high school grades 9-12. In my previous role, I fulfilled the duties as Program Manager for a nonprofit, where I assisted individuals with disabilities and advocated for them daily. I am devoted to fighting for equality, diversity, and inclusion, especially in the workplace. I aim to educate those around me and remain a consistent voice for minoritized groups.

William E. Cross Jr. is Professor Emeritus of Psychology, Graduate Center at CUNY, and Professor Emeritus of Higher Education & Counseling Psychology at the University of Denver. Professor Cross is the author of Shades of Black: Diversity in African American Identity, Black Identity Viewed from a Barber's Chair Nigrescence and Eudaimonia, coeditor of Meaning-Making, Internalized Racism, and African American Identity, and coauthor of Dimensions of Blackness: Racial Identity and Political Beliefs. He was the recipient of the 2020 Gold Medal Award for Lifetime Achievement in the Applications of Psychology from the American Psychological Association. He recently received the 2022 American Psychological Association Award for Outstanding Lifetime Contributions to Psychology.
