Shop Small, Vote Big: Holiday Fun in Kennett Square!

Celebrate Small Business Saturday in Kennett Square on November 30th and enjoy a festive day before the Holiday Light Parade! Support local businesses, which are the heart of the community, and discover unique gifts while exploring the town’s beautifully decorated storefronts.

Don’t miss the Holiday Window Tour, a friendly competition where you can vote for your favorite display! Simply scan the QR code in participating stores to cast your vote and help decide the winner. It’s a fun way to kick off the season and show your love for local shops!

Please join us on December 9th at the Kennett Area Senior Center, for our annual "Service of Remembrance." It is open to anyone in the community who is grieving a loss from the past year or from years ago. Join us in our candlelit space, with live music, poetry and readings, and opportunities for reflection. Join us and set aside some time to be with your memories and your grief.

All aboard our holiday classic Santa's Express! Join Santa for a 75 minute journey on our heated decorated train through the Chester Creek Valley. Santa will be greeting everyone at Market Street Station and then going along for the ride to Glen Mills and return. Santa will be visiting all passengers while on the train. Make sure you bring your holiday lists with you so Santa can check them twice!
