Welcome back, dear community!

February 2024 was about summing up the results of 2023, but also about restarting some processes. Several projects returned with activities and discussions with partners about potential projects were in full swing. The first months of the year have been full of planning processes, and we are looking forward to a year of events and activities for everyone who cares about sustainable development. Promoting social entrepre-neurship among classic business

Executive Director Vladimir Ternavschi of the association participated in the "Top Employers Gala" for LLCs, where he told more about Social, Green & Impact Entrepreneurship. The companies awarded at the Gala, learned about concrete examples of classic, inclusive social enterprises in our country, and how they can support these social & impact businesses. Social Entrepreneurship becomes accessible to young people in vocational schools

From summer 2023 we are implementing a new project, which aims to promote Social Entrepreneurship among young people and practical career management skills through Student Social Enterprises. In the first phase, a series of focus groups were carried out in the central, southern and northern regions of the country, with the participation of representatives of vocational schools, teachers, young people, parents, representatives of civil society and local and national public authorities. Discover an urban permaculture initiative.

Comunități Active pentru Democrație Participativă CADP to organise a permaculture workshop for locals as well as migrants and refugees. We were happy to support them, take part in this initiative and encourage their enthusiasm. The workshop consisted of both a theoretical part - they talked about the principles of permaculture and how permaculture design can be applied in the city, and the practical part - the participants created and planted a collective permaculture design for the garden in the Circus Hill square.

Many more experienced youth workers in Non-Formal Education

We are very very very proud to announce that EcoVisio has launched the first short training of trainers in Nonformal Education. 4 days of the two weekends of February month were about learning processes. In a small group of 12 people, a safe and inspiring learning space was created. About the atmosphere of the seminar days - take a look through the photo gallery.

Results of the "Art against waste" competition!

We are extremely pleased to present the results of this exciting competition, in which students demonstrated their creativity in the fight against waste. The winners will be contacted afterwards to receive their prizes and to proceed to the stage of painting their drawings on public spaces in the regions concerned. Tender in communication and content creation for specialists and companies

In the context of the project "Strategic Communication National Solid Waste Program in Moldova in 3 Waste Management Regions (WMR): 5, 8 and 1", EcoVisio is looking for companies or specialists in the following areas, who can apply for one or more services: video, content creator for TikTok, design, copywriting, Meta and Google Ads campaigns, influence marketing, media promotion specialist/team, OOH production and distribution. Funding announcement for educational institutions

Call for financial and non-financial support for educational institutions launching social entrepreneurship activity

Vocational schools and centres of excellence interested in opening a social business within their institutions and in receiving financial and non-financial support for this initiative are invited to complete the application form for this call. It is carried out in the framework of the project "Promoting Youth Social Entrepre-neurship and Practical Management Skills in Ukraine, Moldova, Georgia and Armenia through Innovative Student Social Enterprises". People of EcoVisio

Mădălina Țurcanu is a project assistant and together with the team promotes the concept of Student Social Enterprises in educational institutions in the Republic of Moldova. She has always loved people and for this reason she founded a non-governmental organization in her home village which is still active today. She has a degree in Political Science and a Master's degree in Human Resources Management and Development. She loves travelling, nature and art, believes she can listen to a poetry recital for hours and there are few theatre plays in Chisinau that she has not yet been to.
