Please print the flyer to post at practice and ensure your athletes know about Illinois Swimming Athlete Rep Elections! Tell them to follow us on social media to get the latest election news!

The application to be a rep or on a committee is Due Wednesday September 18th by 11:59PM!

Elections for Athlete Reps will be held electronically September 25, closing October 1st at 11:59PM.

Results will be announced Sunday October 6th at the House of Delegates Meeting at Schaumburg High School at 1pm.

NOTE: Applicants & Voters must be at least a sophomore or at least 16 years to apply, an athlete member in good standing, currently competing (or competed the last 3 years) and have permanent residence in IL. This is a 2 year term

HOD WEEKEND SCHEDULE

October 5th Saturday Afternoon: Meet Director Training for both new and veteran Meet Directors

October 6th Sunday Morning: Ambassador Camp, Officials Workshop, Coaches Roundtable prior to the meeting - final itinerary coming soon!

HOD Meeting: Sunday OCTOBER 6th, 2024 at 1pm - Schaumburg High School

ALL CLUBS RECEIVE 2 VOTES AT HOD: NON-ATHLETE & ATHLETE

Club Athlete Representatives will be invited to the Ambassador Camp Sunday morning prior to the meeting. Please put this on their radar when selecting your club athlete rep and submit your HOD Delegate Form ASAP!

The 2024-2025 Senior Quad Challenge kicks off with our HS Boys September 28-29th at Stevenson High School. The camp roster can be found HERE. 

NEW THIS YEAR: Bringing together the Boys and Girls in a LC Meet Experience - tentatively scheduled for April. 

We are still looking for 1 more coach for the Senior Quad Challenge. If interested, please reach out to amie.adams@ilswim.org

All sanctioned events must be submitted electronically via ilswim.org>event>Meet Forms and Sanction Application.

*Meets listed on the planning calendar have been voluntarily listed for planning purposes. Teams using this calendar should verify the meet has been sanctioned. Sanctioned meets can be found on the Illinois Swimming home page under team events.

Please ensure you and your coaches are up to date for membership.
