Have you ever wondered why we are so quick to point the finger at others as if they are the bad guys? What if you wait with pointing that finger and look inside first? Look at your history, the country you live in, what your culture and country stand for, and their historical actions? Notice that when you point the finger towards someone, you point 4 fingers towards yourself.
In my latest live online session, I talk about practicing self-inquiry. the act of looking inside ourselves and asking; Who am I? This time we do a twist and ask ourselves; Who are we?
If you have missed out on the live session, know that all these sessions get recorded and turned into our Podcast. Patreon subscribers get access to the recording about an hour after each session. Others will have to wait a couple of days until the podcast gets released. Newsletter subscribers?.... well today you can jump right in and enjoy the podcast by going to my Vero True Social account.
Talking about Vero True Social and podcasts.... Did you know Vero was so kind to feature the podcast on their front page?
Pretty cool, and I have to say I'm finding Vero to be so much more like a community than any other social network. Real people, no bots and algorithms. A breath of fresh air.
What else has been going on?
Quite a lot actually. With the pandemic slowly fading away I found myself traveling and giving courses again. Last month I was in Molde (Norway) for my course "You are more than a human being". During the last day of this two-day course, I took the participants out in the snow and let them walk around as their new selves in a walking meditation. A fantastic way to practice being in the state of being you want to be in, to manifest a new future.
If you're reading this and want to participate in one of my courses, contact me so I can see where in the world there is the most interest. Besides Norway I got asked to visit a couple of different places in the US. I would love to get back to the states again. If you can gather around 10-15 people or more that are interested in a course I'm happy to set some time aside to organize an eye-opening and fun course for you. And if you are a meditation/yoga teacher or coach and want to organize something together, I'm all ears. We are in this together.
I hope to see you again soon, online or offline. Be safe, take care, and namaste.
