I love the crisp mornings of early autumn and the need to wear a little something extra to keep comfortable.
Yesterday I released a new crochet design, the Cirrostratus Cowl, a design that definitely helps take the chill off of morning. It's a one skein (and one size) pattern. With the generous 620 yards (567 meters) of each skein of Artyarns new Mohair Ombre 2-ply, it takes just one to create this cowl. The oversized design is light and incredibly warm. Measuring 24 inches (61 cm) deep and 72 inches (183 cm) in circumference, there are many different ways to wear it. I like to twist it upon itself and wear it doubled. There are a few style ideas on my website, please let me know if you come up with more.
As with all my newer patterns, it's available at my site as well as through Lovecrafts, Payhip, and Ravelry. If you purchase at little acorn creations, you will receive a link to add it to your Ravelry library if desired.
Knitters, I haven't forgotten about you. A new design is very close to ready. It's knit in the lovely semi-solid fine fingering weight yarn, LGF Targhee Ultimate.
