Dear GLL members and friends,
Before the warm season kicks in, April seemed to be the last chance to keep audiences at their screens. From the training of staffs of Lithuanian Embassies, to American and German forums - April was full of opportunities to connect online for Lithuanian professionals worldwide. In case you missed some of them, see below for recaps.
We are looking into the summer with hopes for live meetings and fewer traveling restrictions, therefore:
- drop us a note, if you are coming to Vilnius - we would love to meet and catch up!
- mark July 29 for the GLL Summer Gathering in Vilnius along with the 15th-year anniversary celebration of Lithuanian City of London Club. Follow the news, we will open the registration shortly.
- together with LT Big Brother community, we will definitely have our traditional Summer Grill at the beginning of August in Vilnius, so follow the news for that too.
Warm regards from Vilnius, Ausra | Executive @ GLL

How to Improve Collaboration with Global Professionals | GLL Shared Tips with Diplomats
GLL shared some tips with Lithuanian diplomats on improving collaboration with global professionals and clubs during the two-day training session organized by the Lithuanian Ministry of Foreign Affairs. While emphasizing the important role of the Embassies in diaspora engagement for economic diplomacy, we pointed out the most inspiring illustrations of joint efforts and the most disappointing examples of inactivity. We welcome the effort of the current leadership of the ministry to activate embassies in the field and are ready to collaborate whenever possible.
