The USET Office of Environmental Resource Managdemtn is hosting the webinar, “Building the Water Workforce Pipeline.” This the first webinar of the Utility Management Workforce Development series. Discussion for this interactive session will revolve around building the workforce pipeline, contemplating where the pipeline starts. Recruitment and hiring tells us it begins with high school or recent college graduates. Reality tells us it begins much earlier in the schooling process. We’ll discuss tapping into innovative programs that introduce, educate and attract potential workforce into the water industry.
