Dear Yoga Friends
October has been a bit of a whirlwind which is why I am late sending out this newsletter. I've been to France, Runswick Bay and Scotland, started a new job and had a horrible cold!! Whilst I was ill I had a whole 5 days of not yogaing, swimming or climbing- very unusual for me. I was certainly feeling twitchy and out of sorts by the time I got on my mat. I have to say that when I did it was an absolute joy. My practice felt great. I felt relaxed and open. It helped me remember that resting physically can be good for you!! It's nice to step onto the mat and feel very in your body and content and not be attached to any outcome. The many years I practised Ashtanga I would really give myself a hard time if I missed a practice. I am much easier on myself these days thankfully!!
My Runswick retreat was fabulous. I got in the sea and we had wonderful food and lovely chats. I still have some spaces for my March dates so read below for info.
Luca and I will be offering another Soundbath +Nidra on the 24th November 7pm-8:30pm. The Equinox one was very special and it was wonderful to welcome some new students. We will also be offering a yoga and live cello flow on the 9th December- do not miss this!!
