We are writing to you because we want to check with you that you are fully aware of the opportunities and resources provided by our wider movement, the New Zealand Christian Network.
As you know, New Zealand society is not in great shape, spiritually or morally. The New Zealand Christian Network is about helping Christians work together for a greater impact on New Zealand. New Zealand Christian Network, was set up in 2002 by a wide range of church leaders to help Christians work together, to strengthen and resource the body of Christ, and to speak constructively into New Zealand society with biblical grace and truth.
In addition to running Pray As One NZ, New Zealand Christian Network puts out a weekly NZCN News, with short articles on issues in church and society. It is free, is biblically faithful, reasoned, and gracious. Many people find it very helpful. We strongly encourage you to sign up and receive NZCN News (it’s free). NZCN News is essentially for Christians, but sometimes it is also picked up by secular media.
New Zealand Christian Network also helps organise regional Prayer Breakfasts, is planning to run another New Zealand Christian Leaders’ Congress (in 2023), and has resources to offer (e.g. the Te Rongopai documentary, now available on-line here).
NZ Christian Network is a mainly voluntary network (our very small and highly dedicated staff team are all part-time), is remarkably cost-effective, has a respected and trusted voice, and is steadily growing.
