With September just around the corner, we pause to pray for a blessed new school year. Whether in Catholic schools, public schools, or colleges, let us lift all students and teachers, asking God’s guidance and protection for a safe and fruitful school year:
- For students and families: That as they begin a new school year with readiness and joy, they may grow in wisdom and faith, and find strength to face the challenges and distractions of today’s world. We pray to the Lord...
- For teachers and school staff: That they may serve with patience, courage, and joy as they form young hearts and minds. We pray to the Lord...
- For Catholic education as a whole: That it may remain rooted in Christ, fostering dialogue, compassion, and integrity, and guiding hearts with faith in today’s culture. We pray to the Lord...
We ask this through Christ our Lord, with the intercession of St. Thomas Aquinas, patron of students, St. John Bosco, friend of the young, and St. Joseph of Cupertino, patron of exams and studies. Amen.
