We had the chance to speak with Rea & Associates Project Manager, Lesley Mast, who provided us with an insightful look into what she believes makes the firm so special!

Mast’s time at Rea & Associates has been far from typical. After graduating from Bowling Green State University with her undergraduate and graduate degree, she joined the firm as an associate; just one level above an intern. Over the next few years, Mast’s hard work and dedication paid off, as she promptly began climbing up the corporate ladder. After toiling away at her different positions within the firm, she eventually landed herself atop the firm's tax practice. After spending the next several years juggling both her heavy client load as well as the tax segment’s demanding responsibilities, Mast was ready for something different.

Jarrett® – a leading logistics, transportation, warehousing and fleet services company based in Orrville – recently announced it will be expanding its Orrville warehouse and entering into partnerships with JR Motorsports™ and NASCAR® driver, Josh Berry.

The award-winning company has grown at an impressive rate over the past several years and with its demand continuing to increase, the facility expansion cannot come soon enough.  The $5 million project will add an additional 105,000 square feet of warehouse space to Jarrett’s current total square footage, allowing for increased speed and efficiency in all areas including picking, packing, order fulfillment, inventory control and shipping.  Customers have complete visibility of their inventory through Jarrett’s cloud-based warehouse management system (WMS).  Construction is expected to break ground this spring.

In other exciting news, Jarrett has also signed a sponsorship deal with JR Motorsports and NASCAR driver, Josh Berry. As a sponsor for all 33 NASCAR races this year, Jarrett’s logo will be featured on Berry’s car No. 8 in an associate position for 30 of the races and then will be the primary sponsor for three of the races, where the company logo will be front and center. The “Jarrett Chevrolet” will compete at the following Xfinity races:

• Texas Motor Speedway (May 21)
• Indianapolis Road Course (July 30)
• Talladega Superspeedway (Oct. 1)

Earlier this month, Site Selection Magazine announced Wooster/Wayne County ranked 3rd on its list of top micropolitan cities. This award is a true testament to a lot of hard work and dedication.
