Charlie Brown Kids Night Out

Friday, November 18 at 5:30-7:00 pm

Ages 5-10 are invited to come enjoy games, a craft, story and the Charlie Brown feast.

This is for kid’s ONLY! 

Parent’s can enjoy a few  kid-free hours!

 

Pre-registration is required & will begin November 4.

Scavenger Hunt

Stop in the library for our Thanksgiving scavenger hunt.

Marion (Chickasaw) Branch Events

Dinovember is back!

 Join us during the entire month of November for Dinovember at the Marion Twp. Branch library.  Stop in and pick up a Dinovember packet (while they last), do our dino-scavenger hunt and get a small prize (weekly), and for every five books you check out you get a chance to win a plush dinosaur and dinosaur book. 

It should be a ROARING good time!

Family Night

Stomp on in for our Dinosaur family night on Tuesday, November 8th at 6:30 pm. 

COSI dinosaur kits will be handed out (one per family) while they last. 

No pre-registration required, craft included.

 

Lego Night

Thursday, November 17th from 6:30 to 7:30 pm

No age limit. 

Parental supervision required as some pieces are rather small. 

Lego night is held on the third Thursday of each month.

Book Discussion

Tuesday, November 1st at 7pm: Book being discussed is Surviving Savannah by Patti Callahan.  

 

 

 

The book for December Book Discussion will be Sold on a Monday by Kristina McMorris.

Community Puzzle

Our puzzle table will be set up starting Monday Nov 7th. Stop in and put some pieces of the puzzle together anytime that we are open.

St.Henry Branch Events

Michelle Houts

 November 10th at 6:00pm

We are having author Michelle Houts come to visit our branch. Michelle Houts will read an excerpt from her book "Lucy's Lab and the Colossal Fossil Fiasco"! She will discuss her writing process and will take time for Q&A after her presentation.

Michelle will have books available for purchase and signing after the event! 

Registration is required and the first 20 individuals to sign up will be receiving a free COSI dinosaur kit! 

Check out our BIG Fall Book Sale Monday, October 31st through Saturday, November 5th during normal business hours! 

$1/$3 bags available!

10a-11a on Saturday, November 12th 

Sign up for some simple stretching and relaxation techniques, while practicing gratitude for all of our blessings! 

Class will be lead by Jennifer Snider from Creative Arts and Wellness. 

This event is free, but we do ask that you register as we have limited space.

Great Beginnings Book Club

Join us Wednesday, November 2nd at 9:30 am for coffee and book discussion. This months book is A Year on Ladybug Farm by Donna Ball.

Next months book will be Mr. Dickens and His Carol by Samantha Silva.
