Dear Members and Friends,

BritCham Season Opening: 13th Annual Curry Cook-Off  will take place on 12 September at AC Hotel by Marriott Riga, Dzirnavu iela 33. 

We would like to invite interested parties to sign up their teams to make curry.
The ‘rules’ are the same as previous years:

• you organise your team of 2 people;
• choose what kind of a curry you would like to make;
• make your curry in an amount of one large chafing dish (aprox. 9 liters);
• bring it to the Curry Cook-Off for everyone to enjoy;
• present your team and curry; 
• win great prizes.

Three best curries will be chosen by a jury blind tasting and the guests will vote for their favorite curry.
