Apologies, the link for the blog post was broken so I've resent the email.

What kinds of feelings am I feeling right now?

Hi

Hope you've had a good week. I've been busy recruiting attendees for my upcoming workshop on 18th April, so if you've been sitting on the sidelines, feel free to give me a shout to find out if it's right for you, more details below.

This month on the podcast, I'll be interviewing Dr Deepa Apté of Ayurveda Pura about what Ayurveda is, the truth about yoga and dispelling misconceptions, Dina Maktabi the owner of award-winning network Kensington Mums about the elusive juggling act and Re+CBD about their game-changing CBD products for a variety of ailments.

If you're not a podcast person, I've also created a playlist on my YouTube channel where I'll also be uploading videos of interviews. You can watch here.

Also, this weekend I experienced cyber bullying for the first time and it really threw me! I was publicly accused of lying about my depression, I've written about it here in the hope that it helps others to take the often difficult compassionate route no matter how hard that can be. We all have a choice to unsubscribe, unfollow, block etc on any marketing platform but to blatantly say hurtful things is what was so shocking! Anyway, I'm getting over it by ranting with the husband.

Below you'll find this week's coaching tips.

Speak soon & lots of love
