Digi-Charcha, one of the digital community engagement initiatives within Mission Buniyaad aimed to nudge the community (parents, local influential people and Panchayat) to come together, get sensitized and acknowledge the significance of new-age ed-tech learning to improve the learning experience for students and their roles towards enabling it. Key activities of Digi-Charcha included engagements with MB Girl Ambassadors on their experience with the digital learning model, live interviews with Parents MB Ambassadors on their experience with digital learning impact, live interviews with SMC & Teacher MB Ambassadors on their experience with the digital platform and school development and Live interview with People Representative of India (PRI) MB Ambassador on their experience with the digital teaching-learning model.
Digi Charcha was implemented in 27 districts of Rajasthan, namely: Pali, Jaipur, Jhunjhunu, Bhilwara, Sikar, Baran, Karauli, Hanumangarh, Jhalawar, Nagaur, Jaisalmer, Banswara, Bundi, Tonk and Churu, Jalor, Alwar, Kota, Rajsamand, Udaipur, Ajmer, Jodhpur, Bikaner, Sawai Madhopur, Bharatpur, Barmer. It ensured active participation from parents and community members, key influential persons including MLA, MP, and ZP and district & state officials.
Digi-Charcha covered a series of topics at the intersection of tech and gender and ignited a conversation around them within the local communities of Rajasthan.
