Ravinia Capital will sell the assets of medical equipment manufacturer Allied Healthcare Products in a 363 sale to be held in mid to late June. The company is being split into two assets: Project Allied, the St. Louis portion, and Project White Gold, the Stuyvesant Falls portion.
