Promote lifelong learning and Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DE&I) for a successful future! In our fast-paced world, recruiting and retaining a diverse workforce, eliminating discrimination and creating an inclusive organisational culture are of utmost importance.

At CCDI, we created the Successful Through Diversity & Inclusion programme to provide you with insights into current DE&I trends, best practices and challenges. We will prepare you to successfully lead your organisation into the future with an inclusive culture. Look forward to our third consecutive year, with the seminar being offered in German in the spring and in English in the autumn.

In addition, we are proud to present our Male Allyship Training (in English), which aims to help men become effective allies for equality in the workplace. Participants learn how to support women through targeted behavioural changes.

We are convinced that together, through lifelong learning and the implementation of DE&I initiatives, we can positively impact the workplace and beyond!

Discover the power of Diversity, Equity & Inclusion and unleash your organisation's potential with our compact online programme Successful through Diversity and Inclusion. In a world where innovation and collaboration are critical, this course will enable you to take your teams to the next level and increase your organisation's success.

Six two-hour online modules and follow-ups will give you valuable insights into the cornerstones of modern corporate culture and DE&I-related leadership issues. Learn how to set and implement DE&I goals, recognise and reduce Unconscious Bias, and apply new approaches to introducing and implementing DE&I in the new world of work.

The seminar will be offered in spring German and English in autumn. The German programme starts on 23 May 2023, while the English one starts on 22 August 2023. If you lead a team or are new to DE&I issues in HR, this is the ideal programme for you to get a quick overview.

Data collection for this year's St. Gallen Diversity Benchmarking is almost complete, and we are delighted that around 100 companies have already participated. The St. Galler Diversity Benchmarking is often a first step on a company's DE&I Journey. Our “Your DE&I Journey” approach supports companies in making sustainable changes in the areas of diversity, equity, and inclusion.

What does that mean exactly? A systemic approach ensures successful DE&I management by recognising DE&I as a strategic business topic, linking it to appropriate goals, providing the necessary resources and considering it in all decisions and processes. The DE&I Journey is customised to the needs of your organisation. The measurement of progress in relation to DE&I is performed on a continuous basis. Through the DE&I Journey, companies demonstrate their commitment to an inclusive organisational culture and receive the official label of the CCDI.
