100% of the proceeds of this animation are going to the Verdun Cat Rescue / Refuge pour chats de Verdun. They are THE cat rescue in my neighbourhood here in Montreal, Canada, and I love them so much. Not only did my best buds come from this rescue, they go above for so many animals in need. With winter fast approaching, I'd love to help them out so that they're properly set up to help any little pals left on the street before it gets too cold.

Offspring is one of the poems forming Blue Prints , a closed collection of five poems by award-winning poet Ana Maria Caballero. This collection is her subtle response to the concept of a "roadmap" vis à vis the creative process. Rather than asking where art may lead, Caballero invites readers to consider where art comes from by sharing her own poetic practice. The media-rich poems in Caballero's Blue Prints collection are linked graphically but also thematically. Each poem approaches the question of what drives literary creation from a different perspective, but, in all, inevitability is palpable. For Caballero, writing is not a matter of choice or of destination--instead, writing is her blueprint, at once the origin, essence and design of her soul
