Hi beautiful friend,
It's been a few weeks since I have written you. And what a few weeks it has been, right?
Sometimes I am able to focus outward to create the things I want to offer to the world, and other times I am called to center inward and just.... breathe, exist, feel the sadness, mourn, acknowledge the fear and grief and overwhelm. To acknowledge the space we are collectively in every moment of every day.
Capitalism would have us pretend everything is fine, back to work, any issues you are having are personal issues–trouble "coping". But I affirm to you, from the depths of my soul: the problem is not you. You are soft and tender and human. And you are strong. Stay clear: your tenderness is your strength. Take good care of it.
