On 24th May 2022, EGI and OPERAS have signed a long-term collaboration Memorandum of Understanding (MoU). In the last few years, OPERAS and EGI collaborated already on several projects. Based on this common experience, the MoU displays the direction of a long-term collaboration.

The EGI Computer Security and Incident Response Team (EGI-CSIRT) has recently had several reports of malicious activities, where parts of infrastructures have been infected with crypto mining software. How do you recognise them and protect yourself?

EGI organises a side event at ICRI2022 conference on 19 October 2022. The session will illustrate opportunities for impressive global science, highlight the challenges, and then reflect on them with emerging solutions from the EOSC.
