Join us for 1-hr plant + mushroom walks in the August forest! During these classes, Katie & Luke will teach you about the amazing foods and medicines that we can find in the forest, how to identify them, ethical foraging practices, and the practice of wild tending.
Explore a different approach to stress relief, rooted in the Japanese practice of Shinrin-Yoku

Join us for a unique evening in nature during these 1.25-hr wellness classes, which include an all-levels vinyasa yoga class, dedicated time off your mat to explore the stress relieving practice of forest bathing, and a closing community circle at Palmer Park. Learn more here!

Summer Forest Bathing Class
Join us for a morning of nature connection and relaxation, including a short breathwork practice, guided meditation, a summer forest bathing invitation and a community circle at Ken-O-Sha Park.
Starting THIS Wednesday, join our guide Katie to explore the relaxing practice of shinrin-yoku (translated in English as forest bathing) and the beauty of the Blandford Nature Center Campus over the course of three unique experiences! Come learn about the background + research of shinrin-yoku, and then see what nature has to share with you as you slow down, find presence and enjoy the wilderness at Blandford. We suggest attending the full series if you can – or join us for a taste of this special wellness practice at a single session.
