When I found out about the ACS community I was so excited to join, but at the same time it was a challenge for me as I can get very nervous when talking to people i don't know.
By joining the ACS not only could I overcome being nervous when talking to people, but i was also able to feed someone who is hungry.
I learnt to be grateful for what i have and not take anything for granted. Material things come and go but who you are in Christ remains. God helps his children who are starving by sending those who have food and share it with the hungry just as His word says.
I realized that it is not all about me, but helping others and praying for them too, not just for myself.
Lastly, I realized that if you want to grow as a person, you grow the most by helping others and learning to look at things from their perspectives not just your own.
For all the time I could help somebody and for all things God thought me especially through ACS I give thanks and glory to God.
