Did you know that the Nebraska Licensee Assistance Program (NE LAP) staff is available to conduct educational presentations on its services and on alcohol/substance use and addiction in health service professionals? NE LAP presentations can be in person or via video conferencing.

- College or university students enrolled in classes for health professionals
- Employers of health professionals regulated by the Nebraska Department of Health and Human Services, Division of Public Health, Licensure Unit
What Attendees Learn in the NE LAP Services Presentation
- Attendees will fully understand the scope of services provided by NE LAP and how to access those services.
What Attendees Learn in the Alcohol/Substance Use Disorders and the Health Service Professional Presentation
- Attendees will leave with a better understanding of the effects of alcohol/substance use disorders (A/SUD), signs of an A/SUD in health care professionals, the A/SUD treatment and recovery process, and available treatment services.
- Attendees will fully understand the scope of services provided by NE LAP and how to access those services.
