2021 was a definite year of change. Personal and professional.
On the professional holding space for over 1500 participants, working with over 70 facilitators, lots of clients and properties both old and new, and each space has been different and exciting.
I have said that " next year will be an easier year" for many years. But honestly, it has never happened. Instead, things have gotten busier and more complex, but honestly, nature is complex; rather than a rant against it, we should honour that. (though we as a species tend to make it more complicated than it needs to be).
Now I say that next year will be a more decisive year, and it has always proven true. Again, knowing what I want and rather than hiding from it, using it as a target to move towards allowing us to move forward, meet our needs, and create a future - The vision is not seeing things as they are but as they will be.
With the end of the year coming, rest and heal and live with a new hope that tomorrow will be a new day.
Our motto is about Making it Real. Making it real is not going to be easy, but like all things of value, it will be worth it.
