We have arranged a courtesy block for Art Providence Show artists at the Omni Providence Hotel, located next to the RI Convention Center. There are a limited number of special-rate rooms available ($159), so book soon in order to secure the room/rate. Please note that you must book by October 4 in order to receive the discount. Booth Signage
As mentioned in yesterday's e-mail, ID signs will show the artists' name by first and last name. If you like, you may also include a business name on the second line. If you wish to include a business name, please respond to this e-mail with the exact spelling by end of day Wednesday, September 11. Please note that both the first and second lines of the sign are limited to 25 characters.
If you do not respond, we will assume that your name only is sufficient.
